Intersailor. ★★★ Newbie. As with the previous customer, I too am having issues with the PS4 version of DA:1 GOTY digital copy. I've made sure that my EA and PSN accounts are properly linked. When I look at the game library at each DLC, the PS4 was indicating that they were all installed. The game connects to the EA servers just fine as
EDIT: I was able to resolve the issue by connecting my VPN to Florida and signing into origin, apparently logging in works in some areas. At that point I disabled cloud saves and put Origin into offline mode. The keep still isn't functional, and presumably things like the Golden Nug, but I'm able to get into my save with the DLC enabled now.
Managed to solve the missing DLC problem by deleting the profile and profile options files in the saves folder. I later found out that the game wasn’t originally released in India because of concerns over S.377 of the Indian Constitution, which essentially stated that being gay was illegal.
