From what I’ve read to use Bluetooth in the boot loader I would have to enable Bluetooth in BIOS. The problem is I don’t see any setting in BIOS that remotely resembles enabling Bluetooth. So for me the Solution was to connect the PCIe Card and the motherboard with the 9-Pin USB Cable. 0. if not, you would want to download bluetooth driver from intel.
